There's more to money than a balance.

What comes in. What goes out. What you owe. What you're owed. See how it all adds up, for yourself, your business or your club.

In early access. CeyFi is financial management software, not a bank.

Fig. 1Scattered records settle into one picture. Bring your pointer close.

01The idea

Know where you stand.

Your money already leaves a trail. A payslip in your inbox, an SMS from the bank, a transfer screenshot in the family chat, a spreadsheet you meant to update. Each tells part of the story. None of them tells you where you stand.

CeyFi brings those pieces into one place and keeps them in order, so “are we okay this month?” has an answer you can check.

Fig. 2A scale shows which way things lean. Move your pointer to either side to tip it, or to the middle to level it.

One way of keeping count. Three products.

06Transparency

Every number has a source.

A figure is only as useful as your confidence in it. CeyFi shows where each record came from, when it was added and how far it has been checked, so an estimate never passes for a fact.

  • Entered by you

    In the demo

You typed it in. Useful, and only as accurate as the note it came from.

  • Imported from a statement

    Planned

Read from a bank or card statement you uploaded.

  • Backed by a document

    Planned

A payslip, receipt or remittance advice is attached to the record.

  • Confirmed by the other party

    Planned

The client, family member or colleague involved agreed it happened.

  • Verified by a provider

    Planned

Confirmed by a licensed bank or payment provider. Requires partners CeyFi doesn't have yet.
